We include in all instruments purchased from us an installation, commissioning and training program dedicated to guiding our customers from pre-installation through training and beyond. When a instrument is purchased from us, we will work with you to
- Review the installation schedule
- Assist the customer with site audit and preparation during which time installation resources are determined
- Once agreed we work with you to align resources and schedules the installation.
- Installation of system and product training are performed.
- Training ensures you are able to operate the instrument and run applications as required
- Advanced/ Follow Up training is scheduled with customer within 3 to 6 months after installation or as specified by customer
